Have had second eyes cataracts removed. Both times I have been treated the service has been brilliant. Staff were friendly welcoming and very professional. All questions were answered and my nerves were calmed. Thank you to all concerned.

Didn’t wait long for appointment or cataract operation. All staff were extremely friendly and put you at ease. Operation was quick and painless.

I was so scared, but was looked after so well. Everything was so quick and well organised. I'm actually looking forward to going back. Staff are so lovely. I highly recommend to anyone

Could not have been treated better if I was the queen the porters the nurses the surgeon all top notch very helpful and put me at ease from the start

Very caring and helpful staff were very thoughtfully always asking how they can make the visit more comfortable. As a disabled person I did not feel that anything I needed would be no bother to make me comfortable

From the first phone call arranging the pre operation to be being dis changed look 3 weeks. All the staff I meet were welcoming ,friendly and professional and everything worked in a smooth and organised way

Very pleased with the pre op process, the actual op itself and guidance on how to do post op care activities. Vision in eye has improved significantly. Staff very friendly, from moment you enter hospital, right through the op process and until the moment you leave. Staff explained everything as you go along in a professional and caring manner which was very reassuring. Many thanks to all staff at the hospital.

Everybody I came across in Spa Medica from the receptionists and nurses to the surgeon were very caring and put me at ease immediately. The surgery was very quick and painless and I left feeling very confident.
