Found the whole experience fantastic with the exception of the hour wait to be called in. I found out later that they had emergencies in so understandable. Overall very clean, efficient and Staff very friendly.

Great people, great experience has made a difference to my experience. Caring and thoughtful. I feel more confident now I have to go back and have my left eye operated on. The customer care team ar also fantastic.

Amazing staff, optometrist is phenomenal has really explained what treatment i am having done aswell as going into details of questions i have asked and did not make me feel awkward for asking questions. Overall excellent experience I have had both of my eye surgeries done from here.

Everyone l came into contact with was very professional but also reassuring about the procedure. Certainly helped calm my nerves. Each process was explained not rushed. Feel happier about having my other eye sorted. Also being welcomed at the door and being offered a cup of tea and biscult is very refreshing and helps with relaxing.

I had a good experience at every stage of my cataract surgery last week. The reception and nursing staff were polite and competent and the actual surgery process was completed quickly and efficiently. I had one uncomfortable night after the surgery but the pain had gone by next day. It took nearly a week after my first cataract operation for my eyesight to become perfectly clear but this time I can see that my recovery is going to be quicker.

From the start of my experience the staff have been friendly efficient and the place was very clean and airy. When you have a phobia like me it was lovely to feel that I was under no pressure to hurry at all. Everything was done at my pace.
