The clinic is very clean, the staff are all extremely friendly and very efficient. From start to finish you are looked after in every way coffee and biscuits are available in the waiting area. After you will meet the nurse who will explain the whole procedure . Then when your turn comes the doctor will chat to you and explain the operation.

I have now had 2 cataract procedures with Spa Medica and their service is faultless. Friendly, fast and efficient. Very clean and building built for purpose. Very low waiting list . I was contacted on both occasions within 2 days of my optician referring me . You don’t get that service much nowadays with the NHS , so this is a refreshing change ! Thank you to all the staff who made me feel comfortable throughout the procedures . Thoroughly recommend.

Very kind and caring from start to finish. I received a call to book my pre-assessment the day after my referral from my optician. My pre-assessment and surgery were booked and completed within 12 days. The Staff at the centre were very caring and re-assuring and the whole process very smooth and well organised.

All staff are a delight with which to interface. Every team member is knowledgeable, honest, polite, competent and compliant - nothing was too much trouble and all happily answered my questions.

The whole team displayed professionalism, caring and efficiency. The result is fantastic. The NHS hospitals can learn a lot from Spamedicas practise.

Thank you, Spa Medica Bedford! My Cataract surgery was a painless procedure. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The theatre team were amazing. The Dr that operated was so n professional and so friendly. She put you at your ease from the very first moment. I can see clearly through my left eye for the first time in a long time, thank you to All the staff!!!

Wonderful experience, everyone was very kind and considerate and I was fully at ease from the moment I arrived, the practice was very professional and I was at ease the whole time I was there. A great big thank you from me. My eye sight has improved tremendously, can't wait to have my other eye operated on.
