Everyone I came into contact with had a great attitude and caring manner, the overall experience from start to finish was exemplary From what could have been a horrid and stressful situation was made so much better by all the staff involved.

The length of time from referral to surgery was only 30 days, which was greatly appreciated. Whilst the routine processing of patients undergoing assessment is rather chaotic (I was left waiting for hours longer than I should have been, apparently forgotten, twice: both at my pre-assessment and at my post-operative assessment), the clinical side of the business is excellent. Everything was clearly explained, all my concerns were addressed, and the process on the day, including the operation itself, went smoothly. I can now see clearly with my right eye for the first time in years.

All the staff were very helpful and explained everything. The operation took about 25 minutes and was painless. All in all a good place to have your cataracts removed.

I went for a cataract surgery. I saw friendly staff, looked after all the way, everything was explained before, during and after surgery. Everyone showed good care and attention, Fantastic. Thank you.

My mum has had 2 cataract and 1 laser eye treatment with you recently. She was looked after very well and felt very safe. All the staff very extremely professional friendly and kind. Thank you all very much.
