My father had cataract surgery at this clinic. The whole process, from admin and assessment through to the surgery was very efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout and the process was explained clearly at every stage.

My experience of this clinic from beginning to end was excellent. . The staff were so helpful at every stage. I have had a lot of problems with my eye including other surgery and I called them several times with questions. Each time an optometrist called me back to address my concerns and reassure me. On the day of the surgery everything went like clockwork and everyone was lovely. I highly recommend SpaMedica.

Whole process was straightforward, friendly and very professional. Each team member explained their role and what to expect in a reassuring way. No problem recommending to anyone needing the same treatment

This is a brilliant practice & I can’t praise them enough. My experience was excellent from start to finish. The reception staff are all friendly. The medical team were excellent & put you at ease. I have nothing but praise for all of them.

This was my second visit to the clinic the first time was about a year ago and the staff were so helpful and kind, on my second visit there you were greeted with such a warm welcome and helpful reception when the nurses collected me she informed me on what was going to happen on this visit On the day of the surgery it was the same very helpful staff all the way through the nursing staff and Doctors made me feel so relaxed the hole time I was in the clinic it was a pleasure to be in there capable hands Thank You for all you done for me.

I have nothing but praise for the staff, nurses and doctors at Spa Medica. I visited on 10 March for co-operation assessment and had my operation yesterday 13 March. Everyone very polite, pleasant and friendly. On the day of the operation I was feeling anxious but was soon put at ease and the surgeon explained everything she was doing as she was carrying out the operation. I would not hesitate in recommending Spa Medication to anyone. Excellent. Cannot fault anything.

My appointments at SpaMedica was absolutely first class. The building and staff were very welcoming and friendly. They made you feel welcoming and at ease. I could not fault anything it was amazing.

From the moment I walked through the door, I felt at ease, knowing I was in expert hands. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, taking the time to explain every step of the process and making sure I was comfortable and informed throughout. The procedure itself was seamless, and I couldn't be more grateful for the attentive care and kindness of the staff. Excellent Service The service I received at SpaMedica was excellent. All the staff at the hospital are warm and friendly. Their knowledge and understanding of how patients can be nervous. However, they put your mind at rest. The procedure is completely pain free. 24 hours later my eyes were clear and I felt totally ready to go. Thanks to all SpaMedica team
