A very busy day and all the staff communicated well with the patients, letting everyone know the waiting times in advance. The staff worked hard under the pressure and provided an excellent service, thank you.

I went to about 5pm the receptionist was really lovely,however the triage nurse was abrupt and very short as if I was a nuisance. I didn't wait to be seen by a nurse if I am no better tomorrow I will go to ormskirk walk in

I visited the Skelmersdale walk in with my 2 year old granddaughter. Bev the nurse was very caring and efficient and our family are so grateful for this wonderful service. She had a chest infection and was treated Thank you!
