    I missed the first call, and when rebooking the woman who answered seemed extremely annoyed and dismissive, you are working for an emergency service. After rescheduling a couple of days later, had a call at 9, only got a short ring at 9:25 and got told they called multiple times. Horrible service from what is supposed to save lives, you don’t wait 3 days if the caller is prone to self harm. Shameful.

    I work at a go surgery and after at least an hour of going round in circles and being transferred to the wrong departments, finally managed to book a pt who is bedbound after having an operation. Booked with zero issues at the time. Then they go and call 2 hours later to say they won’t see this patient due to not dealing with systmone patients and for her to call 111. I am disgusted by this! This patient cannot get out of bed! And the 111 service will call an ambulance out which is a misuse of their services! I’m an utterly disgusted and I hope to never have to need to use them!
