   The worst experience I had with them. My review goes mainly to one receptionist, very rude and not approachable, called at 8:00 in the morning and they were already fully booked? I wonder how..because you cannot book appointments in advance so probably they just say the same thing all the time without checking why the pacient needs to be seen/what the patient needs. Maybe they need more training to remember that are dealing mainly with ill pacients that most of the time will help to show some compassion. I called 3 day in a row to finally be seen and this happened after I needed to call 111 and with their help I managed to book the appointment.
