I had 3 missed calls tried to call them back and apparently the clinic was closed at 4pm, when the clinic is open until 5pm. How are you meant to return calls and contact when the phone lines close before they should.

Dear service user I would like to apologise for the difficulties you have had with accessing our service. Our phone lines are open 8.30-4pm. This allows the receptionist managing the evening clinics can book users quickly into the clinic without having to also manage the phone line. Our telephone line is for all service users across Staffordshire, Stoke, Shropshire and Telford. I have been calling Monday to Friday for a couple of weeks and the only time my call has been answered was on the 22/06. I was told to call back the next day at 8:15am to book a telephone appointment. When calling the phone was put down on me. I have called back and been on hold for nearly an hour with no answer. It’s a disgusting service
