   Recently I did a CT scan for my mother at Seven oaks medical center. The scan happened on 16/11 but the hospital has not received the report 10 days after the scan. As a patient, we are forced to follow up multiple times just to check when the report can be sent to hospital. This is really frustrating when I am anxious to know what could be wrong in the report so I can start treatment soon.
