   I have purchased glasses and a hearing aid at Scrivens in the past and attend the Kings Heath branch regularly about both, in particular to seek help in changing the filters to my hearing aid. When I do this, I do not need to see the audiotrician but am helped instead by a sales assistant, whoever is available at the time. I find them to be unfailingly helpful, courteous and understanding.
