   Spent 30 minutes waiting for phone to be answered. Trying to book a consultant requested blood test for 3 weeks time . Told that you can now only book blood tests 2 weeks in advance and to call back and waste at least another 30 minutes next week . Explained I am away next week told there is nothing they can do . Used to be able to book blood tests months in advance before . Worse service than before ringmead took over thought was impossible.
