   Waited over 7 months for an appointment, my initial call hadn't happened at the agreed timeslot so I called their office to find out what's happening - no answer but I left a voicemail explaining I was awaiting their call. Apparently during that time I had been called but there was no voicemail. Despite my therapist being late and me leaving a voicemail which proved I was ready and waiting for the appointment, I have been discharged despite having a panic attack on the phone and telling them that they can't treat people that way when I was actively ready and waiting for my appointment. I called and explained everything to two separate people - They do not appear to have empathy which is surprising considering the field they work in. If you're looking for empathy and humanity I'd probably look elsewhere.

   Firstly, I would like to apologise for the wait time you encountered upon entering our service. I am also extremely sorry that you were left feeling this way. I recognise that you have already discussed this situation on two separate occasions and you may not want to discuss it again, however I would really appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter further with you so I can investigate why this situation occurred and ensure it doesn’t happen again in future.
