Terrible service, receptionist is rude and useless, refuses to book appointments and say to call at 8am which no one will answer so be aware to wait at least 1 hour over the phone. eConsult only available at 8am! Worst GP ever.

It is not possible to see a doctor anymore. Receptionists are asking about your health issues and making personal comments. Sadly, I have nothing positive to add.

Receptionist are useless, service is unacceptable. They ask you to call to book an appointment 8 in the morning, and they reply after minimum one hour, then they ask you to do an econsult but if you don’t chase them they will never reply. I’ve done an econsult 5 days ago and they never replied.
