Put in a prescription and still waiting over a week later. This happens every time to be told they will look into it. They won’t they blame the chemist and the chemist blames them meanwhile the patients suffer

I took my baby for his 9-12 month checks and the lady we saw was so friendly. Made us feel so welcome. She answered any questions I had and made me feel like super mum. Thank you

When you put a prescription in 7 days before it was due had to get my hubby to see were it was had to go to doctors reception to collect the day it was due as they had not taken the 300 yard to the chemist even though the reception had had it 3 day so have ended up with no meds having withdrawal and in excruciating pain feeling sick and told to try every chemist in Leeds at my own expense without being sure that any have stock of to wait 48 hour before they can get my meds after the told us yesterday it would be there today
