    I have called 33 time today 16.05.2023 to change my mum's appointment and the phone is just constantly ringing or it's engage but no one ever answers the phone so as of yet I've not been able to change the appointment which she will not be able to attend when someone else could and I will have to keep trying and if I don't get through the only option left will be for me to go out of my way to go there in person to cancel it so not happy at all

    The appointment was booked in advance with appropriate reminders sent through. I arrived early and was seen immediately. The nurses kept moving me through the different appointment stages very quickly and zero time was wasted at all. The consultant seen at the end was the most polite and pleasant man and is what prompted me to come and look where I could leave some feedback. In terms of the level of friendliness, politeness and professionalism of staff throughout, the receptionist I’d give a 7/10, the nurses an 8/10 and the consultant a 10/10. If all my NHS interactions were like this I’d be really impressed and happy with it!

    Hello I am an 84 year old pensioner I had an appointment for8.30am 12th October and arrived ahead of the time required and waited nearly 2 hours to the be told that I could not be seen today and will have to arrange for another appointment in a months time, no explanation given! I have been in tears all day about this experience and totally dissatisfied with the lack of due care and respect shown

    Appalling service. I have been trying to contact the community centre uncountable times for the past two hours using two different numbers to rebook my husband’s physio appointment , and frustratingly the phone has been solidly engaged . So extremely frustrating bearing in mind that my husband had previously attended the clinic for his appointment only to be told it was cancelled without notifying him .
