I called to make an appointment for my father-in-law because his medicines are giving him an allergy and when I was explaining to them they ended my call, I don't know if they're used to doing this with their patients because I really need this appointment for him and they don’t help me and they don’t bring me any information if you don’t want to help the people why you working in a place like that

Arrogant receptionist Doctors that half listen In 5 years only 50% prescriptions correctly sent through to chemists. If it wasn’t for the practice nurses, I’d have left years ago, but today was the last straw! The receptionist increases my bp and stress levels every time I go in and I refuse to go in anymore. As soon as I can register with another GP, the better!!!
