  1. Review titled A Great Practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

    by Kevin B - Posted on 05 December 2023

With all the years I have belonged to this practice, which is all my life so far, I have always had the best possible advice, treatment and care, and have been treated with the greatest of respect, from reception staff to nurses and the doctors. We all have got through the most difficult times possible a while back and now seems to be a struggle with ongoing world and country issues with the NHS suffering and being ridiculed and slated in every way and direction… with all this goings on, this GP Practice has shone brightly as it always has done for myself. Top marks and credits to you all and thank you for looking after me!!

  2. Review titled Thank you

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I have always found all staff to be polite and helpful since joining the practice several years ago. This was demonstrated in October/November when I needed help and support taking the fear out of a very stressful time. Thank you for listening, involving me in my care and treatment to get me on the path to recovery.

  3. Review titled Excellent surgery

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I'm very happy with the professional service and friendly treatment I received. I also had follow up after a week to see if treatment was successful which I am impressed with for them to find time with their very busy schedule. God bless all the staff at this surgery and keep doing lovely work.

  4. Review titled Poor Management of GP Practice

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Selina - Posted on 20 April 2023

When ringing up for an appointment for my husband I was told that the appointments are for emergencies only, which in my view is ridiculous, If its an emergency then it should be A&E you visit not the GP!! After explaining to the receptionist that my husband had seen the pharmacist about the problem and tried what the pharmacist suggested and the pharmacist had said to my husband if the problem persists to see his GP she reluctantly gave us an appointment but did say again that on the day appointments are for emergencies only. The receptionists at this surgery are rude & condescending. The surgery needs to go back to the old way of running their appointments which was if you were ill you called up on the day & was given an appointment not this booking appointments in advance rubbish!!

  5. Review titled Very poor practice

Rated 1 star out of 5

The struggle of trying to get hold of a gp, get a prescription through or get a fit note is ridiculous. Online forms do not work and don't receive a reply, receptionists rude and dismissive when being asked about this. Been told to call back later as the whole morning is for emergency appointments, this happens randomly as have called and spoken to gp at these times before. Terrible service and would love to see there service record for seeing patients in suitable time as my other family members are here also and they experience the same struggles. An embarrassment of a gp service, largely due to the tragically inefficient website and the reception team who should be servicing it.
