   I had an emergency referral by a pharmacist who identified a major issue with my blood pressure. The nurse I saw was very patient and compassionate, thoroughly discussing my problem despite it being at the end of what was no doubt yet another busy day. I was very impressed with her professional yet friendly manner. Thank you so much
