I had an assessment phone call in April 2023. It is now 15th May. Have heard absolutely nothing since, so haven't been offered any help. When I phoned I was very depressed. Feel like they don't care. Doctor told me to contact them. I even sent an email asking what was happening but had no response.

  2. Review titled Don’t go there

Rated 1 star out of 5

This service devastated me. In depth assessment which was emotional and difficult - only to be told at the end they do not offer any therapy other than group seminars. It’s a sham service. They have no resource to offer, it’s a slap in the face to people in distress.
