    Very long waiting times was around 10 people in waiting area yet still had a waiting time of 3 hours this was on a Wednesday

    Just want to thank the staff and the doctor I saw over this weekend, feeling quite shocked and they were so lovely and supportive, I’m not sure what the future holds but I thank you for your empathy x

    After phoning 111 as I couldnt get a GP appointment I was told to take my little boy to Redcar primary care I was met by the member of staff who made me feel it was wrong to bring my little boy there as this was for emergencies . What was i to do, I was worried, Gp reception told me there was no appointments I was advised to ring 111 and I followed there advice . Not the welcome I needed , however my little boy has the episode he has been having that I had been worried about and the nurse witnessed it and agreed something wasn’t right . Urine was checked , and we were advised to get a GP appointment. Felt very deflated and that it was a waste of time , but we were also made to feel that to !!

    I recently brought my elderly aunt to the hospital after a fall which resulted in bruising and a cut finger which wouldn’t stop bleeding All the staff we encountered on the day were excellent, friendly and very patient with her and I would just like to say, Thank You and keep up the great work

    Attended on 1.1.23 with my son who had a leg injury. Every member of staff who dealt with him were amazing. Made what could have been an utterly miserable experience a lot better! Staff had him at ease & made him laugh a lot which was brilliant to see given he was sat there with a fractured leg. He was shown how to use/wear the compression boot he was given thoroughly & an appointment made with fracture clinic while he was there. Can't praise the staff here enough!

    Attended day surgery clinic and have the utmost praise for all the staff. The professionalism in all roles did not block their friendliness and caring attitude.

    I attended with severe pain and explained my issues to be told they wouldn’t treat my condition and would offer pain relief only . What a joke . Don’t bother going . Attitude of staff is appalling.

    i have never known anything like this is my life it was absolutely disgusting i sat waited for just under 4 hours everyone who came after me when it before me and was gone they was letting people in first who they knew then when i got seen to the women doctor was talking to me like i was stupid she made me feel uncomfortable and like i was nothing she spoke to me like she was above me knowing i’m 17 years old and she didn’t even tell me what was wrong with me i still don’t know now so i need to go to another doctors i really do not recommend this at all this women doctor shouldn’t even be working there it’s absolutely disgusting to be talking and treating patients like that

    I brought my mum into the walk in clinic after 3 days of no help from emergency dentists and 111. Unfortunately for insurance reasons the staff are unable to treat dental issues. This didn't stop the staff going out of their way to helping out. I would like to say a massive thank you for all the help and support the team provided. It's people like you that still make the NHS a great service in difficult times! My mum got the treatment needed at a & e.
