   Went to Ramsbury Surgery on 23/02/23 for my mental health and chronic illness. The first doctor I saw (never visited this particular one before) appeared to have no care, compassion or empathy. Instead was rather rude, blunt and derogatory. I had called because of the pain I was in and my mental health has been awful to cope with. Read the follow up notes and was quite frankly, disgusted. That ‘I was very negative and didn’t want to help myself’! Left feeling worse than when I went in. Was so broken, I ended up seeing another Dr (have not seen before either) who was very understanding, caring and actually listened. Was more upset than before I went up there. This doctor also got me in with a mental health nurse straight after. If there was ‘nothing else that could’ve been done’, then why did the second doctor actually listen and manage to help me?
