    I was sent a reminder to book my Spring covid vaccination with the option of booking this online, which I did for 11th April at 2.55pm at the Rainham Health Centre. I arrived on time and was told to go upstairs, which I did and a Moderna covid vaccination was administered. The young man told me I was protected until December 2025. Howevr, ever since then I have received reminders informing me that my covid vaccination is due culminating in a final reminder at the end of May 2025. I tried to contact Rainham Health Centre and was informed to send an email to the nhs Centre for Rainham. I, therefore sent an email to the Web address but had a reply that obviously there had been a mistake and to contact my gp practice! But my gp practice does not administer these vaccinations as they are a small practice and vaccinations are administered by Rainham Health Centre. My gp practice did confirm that they had not received an electronic confirmation that a covid vaccination had been administered, which, would have appeared automatically on my records had the man who administered the vaccination had entered the details on the computer once he had given me the vaccination. I am now going around in circles trying to get my record updated due to sheer incompetence with no way on sorting the mess out as the buck keeps getting passed and there is no phone number for Rainham Health Centre only for Rainham Healthy Living Centre which is a completely different section. How are records going to be correctly updated? I am 75 years old, on my own and disabled. How many other patients have been given the same run around?
