   I was recently seen by 4 staff members, including an out of hours GP, regular GP, a nurse and a health care worker and had contact with 2 others plus a phone conversation with another. I felt that my concerns were taken seriously, I was dealt with in a kind and friendly manner by all staff and am reassured that my follow up treatment will be helpful and timely. The new premises offer a pleasant, airy and well equipped area for staff and patients alike to do what we need to do in comfort. I am v glad I joined this practice a couple of years ago and I look forward to the Health Hub developing further through liaising and listening to what is needed and what is possible. The NHS is woefully underfunded and staff do not receive the kind of pay and set up that they should, and yet they present themselves with good humour and kindness and show their care in practical ways. Well done Priory Gardens.
