I received a text about my COVID booster, pre booked my appointment for Sunday, got multiple reminders, when I went the staff the were really efficient and organised. The whole process was really good. Definitely recommend the surgery

I attended as a new patient check up and was treated with respect and dignity Very friendly staff and the practice was clean and and welcoming. i also attended a virtual appointment and again the doctor was understanding and helpful. They us the latest time saving technology to order prescriptions. Just Brilliant.

Trying to get an appointment here is virtually impossible the female reception staff don't have a clue or care in the world. They answer the phone with an attitude then try to speak to you like they are doctors which is patronising and so unprofessional. The male reception staff are much more helpful polite and sympathetic towards problems and privacy. The female reception staff clearly don't want to be there and it is evident that they are in the wrong line of work and should seek out a profession more suitable for the limited people skills they have. Doctors are really nice and so helpful if you can actually get to see one.
