   NHS Choose and Book is a farce when it comes to trying to book an appointment with a reference number referral from my GP. The NHS app and website produce a page with "no results found" and phoning directly, I am told that my referral will be triaged, that I will receive an appointment by letter in 4-6 weeks or perhaps longer. What a complete mess! A prime example of NHS infrastructure not being properly joined up and public money wasted. Even though the services provided by this clinic might be excellent, the booking experience and waiting time really are a disappointment.
