The building is terrible, needs to be updated asap. No disabled parking which is disgusting. Clinics are always running late. No water to drink at last visit. Not enough parking near the entrance. Not asked if okay for junior drs to be in on appointment. I find it stressful not relaxing. More telephone appointments should be offered.

With the issues you raise regarding Poplars we are aware of the parking issues and are actively looking at solutions to this issue as this is not in keeping with the standards we expect. In terms of appointments, apologies your appointment was running late and often this is because of clinical staff dealing with urgent enquiries which can be out of our control or so that people don't feel rushed during their appointment time. We will look in to how we can notify people better though on the back of your comment because it’s not nice having to wait past your allocated appointment time. It's important that you are asked if you are ok with someone additional being in your consultation so we will also escalate this further. If you would prefer a telephone appointment in future then this can be discussed with those involved in your care to find a solution that works. Thanks again for providing your feedback.
