   According to the automatic voice of the telephone company , the number listed on this website 'does not exist'. It is hardly credible that this has not been drawn to the attention of anyone. It must be hard to provide a service when nobody can contact you by phone. I need to cancel an appointment but have no one to communicate with. Further, I was given the option after the above, to answer five multiple choice questions. The first was regarding the environment of Pontefract Health Centre, and had no 'dna' (does not apply) option. Until I chose one option from the five listed, however , I was unable to progress to the next question. I found this quite amusing.
