   I had the best experience today when calling to book an appointment. The lady listened to my requests, which were plenty, and managed to accommodate them. I’m so grateful that we managed to find an appointment available on my day off! I forgot to ask the lady her name so I could mention her personally and commend her on a job well done! I hope that this review finds its way to you. The lady was kind, patient, compassionate and helpful. These are qualities that made this customer experience a truly satisfying one. Thank you 😊
