   I visited this clinic multiple times over the summer of 2024. The clinic rooms were dirty, with stained floors and equipment, filthy walls and ripped seats. The treatment rooms are almost empty with only a bed and desk attached to the wall. There wasn't even any hand-wash or hand towels in the treatment room or the bathroom. The receptionist couldnt have cared less and spent all the time I was waiting speaking loudly about a problem with their partner. It was wholly unprofessional. The treatment itself was mediocre and overpriced. For what I was being charged I assumed the Clinics would be modern and clean. They are not. I have since visited a different company altogether who have fully modern and spotless clinic rooms fully outfitted for purpose and charge almost half the price. Just because this place has a decent looking website and sits in a city centre location, it does not mean they are providing a good quality value for money service.
