Been a awaiting a medical form from DVLA to be completed keep been told with doctor. This is affecting my mental heath as i cant travel to work. I was told this was a temp measure, was told need to pay for form/ letter to be completed 8 weeks later . dvla have request 4 times directly to GP still nothing

We were not impressed with our other GP so moved to Pendeford Health Centre. They have been brilliant and my wife and I can't praise them enough. Nothing is too much trouble and all the staff are very pleasant.

I have had a lot of blood test in my life and I so scared of needles but this must be the best place I have been the lady was so so nice and gentle I will be going back here to find the lady some time this month if only they where all like this thank you

Completely forgot I had to book for a blood test, receptionist lady was a credit your centre - she didnt just turn me away but fitted me into a slot that was free - absolutely fantastic, i didnt even ask, thank you for your help Reception Lady - sorry should have taken your name but when i left you were busy - What a great centre!
