   Visited the clinic for an appointment for the front of house to feel the need and tell me I’m in England so I need to know how to speak English. I’m a 57 year old woman who has immigrated twice from my country. I felt like this approach was very unprofessional and it has affected me negatively. Their job is clearly to suppose patients and not comment on they language capabilities. I hope this is looked into.
