   I attended the clinic in Marlebone last week. My appointment was for 1.45pm. I turned up at 1.30pm. After collecting my payment, I was ushered into a second waiting room. I waited and waited and waited - having gone twice to ask the receptionists if I would be attended to at all. Finally at 3.15pm I was taken to the scanning room. I advise anyone who plans to go to this clinic to clear your whole day. There were no apologies forthcoming; the 2 receptionists in the second waiting room were very happy to just chat & ignore the others who were also kept waiting. One guy gave up & walked out. Anyone wishing to attend this clinic should be aware : they are very happy to take your money but don’t care if they keep you waiting for hours on end! It’s a very disorganised & “cold” clinic!
