  1. Review titled Communication and parking.

Rated 2 stars out of 5

Getting through to the hub is ridiculous, I tried for 2 hours one day and gave up as no one answered the phone or I was in a queue to speak to someone. Parking is horrendous, car park is full by 9.15am with staff cars. Nowhere for the patients and their families to park. If you have an afternoon appointment, good luck with that as parking on the road after 1 pm isn't allowed, and you could come back to the car with a parking ticket. This needs to be looked at and rectified as soon as possible.

  3. Review titled Oaklands Centre no Care

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Mandy Bailey - Posted on 11 October 2022

Zero star. Antidepressants issued to 12 year old this is ok as child suicidal. However confirmed 4th July child still feels suicidal but at that time no active plan. Now over 3 months later, October 11th with child's desire to end life. Oaklands Centre have still not made an effort to change medication since crisis call 27th September. How is this possible?
