What can't anyone in the Ophthalmology Service in the Oak Park Community Clinic pick up the phone? There is clearly an ongoing problem because the person on NHS Trust main switchboard who took my call wished me good luck in trying to speak to someone!

Clinic ran on time. Fantastic caring kind sonographer who took time to examine and explain findings. Gave reassurance and comfort, an absolute asset to the NHS.

I had to attend for an eye appointment recently, the team, including the receptionist were efficient, friendly and professional. Such an improvement on QA Hospital service.

I was so nervous but was greeted by a lovely friendly lady on reception and the nurse who scanned me put me completely at ease. Can't thank you enough!

I was the first of the day, so I was seen promptly for my ultrasound appointment. Please be aware you will be waiting outside for the clinic to open if you are booked for 08.00 and arrive too early. The staff were very friendly and put me at ease during the procedure. The facilities were clean and modern. I would recommend to all based on my experience so far.
