   I would like to say thank you to the member of staff who was in reception today, dealing with the queue of patients extremely effectively. The member of staff was very pleasant, helpful and professional. Nothing was too much for this member of staff and made the whole experience of waiting more relaxing. She is a real asset to the practice and the NHS. Keep it up. We need more people like you
