The waiting time is unacceptable, 2.5 hours trying to stop my 2 year old having tantrums as she is unwell and obviously doesn't understand that we have to sit in a too hot, overcrowded room for a long time before being seen. The staff show no empathy, it's like we are just cattle waiting to be seen as quickly as possible. Last time I went for myself the nurse googled the flu and read it out to me in a very patronising manner and refused treatment. Went to my GP 2 days later and prescribed antibiotics as I had a bad throat infection not the flu. There are a lot of people living in Norwich and surrounding areas, they need more than a handful of doctors working here.

Arrived at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon 4 hour wait but well worth it to get sorted.Seen by a wonderful lady who gave me prescription to sort my problem.5 star service with a smile . where would we be without you.thankyou.

I went with my 3 year old on a thursday morning after the GP said they had no appointments. The nurse we saw was very quick and kind and we only waited 30 mins to be seen. What a vital service. Thank you

Unable to get a GP appointment I travelled to Norwich to The Walk in Centre in Rouen Road for a minor but painful ailment... Swimmers Ear. I was seen by a wonderful Doctor within 35 minutes who issued me with Antibiotic ear drops. Wonderful and efficient place, thank you.

The walk in centre are amazing! My 5 year old boy was poorly and my local GP refused to see him as I phoned after 8.30 am. But the walk in centre were there, they saw him, diagnosed and prescribed treatment! Absolutely flawless service!

Despite being extremely busy I was greeted by helpful friendly staff and advised that there was a significant wait time but was seen in around an hour/hour and a half. The nurse who treated me was extremely patient, friendly and helpful and sorted muly issue efficiently.Really happy with the service.😁💜

Would just like to thank the lovely staff at the practice , in particular the nurse practitioner who saw me this evening .Despite being very busy and at it's full capacity of patients , he took time to listen to my worries and decided that due to my underlying health problems I needed to be seen - had he not been so helpful and efficient at his job the problem would most definitely have got worse and I could have become very unwell so I am very grateful I was able to be treated so quickly.

I went along on my Pharmacist’s advice after a long period of feeling very unwell with cold and cough. I am 78. They prioritised me because I was old and feeling a bit faint and they could not have been kinder or more efficient. I attended with a mask on as they would not stay well themselves for long otherwise.

We always try to prioritise those who may be clinically vulnerable and it's lovely to hear that this is appreciated. We are also grateful to your consideration of others in wearing a mask when you had a cough and cold. Thank you!

I was having trouble with the SystmOnline prescription service. The receptionists that helped me were awesome and patience as I struggled to logon. They gave me a new login, helped me register and after 30 minutes of me bumbling it was sorted, along with linking my children to my account for easy prescription services. Thank you so much for your help.

Ridiculous how you are still expecting people to wear face masks even though it is not the law anymore. I understand you are still trying to enforce it in healthcare setting but you can’t force people to wear them when it’s not the law. It can’t be that important when I’m being told you have run out and don’t have 1 single face mask in the building “because no one is wearing them” no one is wearing them because you don’t have to. Respect peoples decisions
