   I was there to see a mental health practitioner about my complex trauma and to possibly get a diagnosis so I can receive help from my school and further services. The practitioner ignored what I was saying, ignored the research I had done, and instead pushed me to another service related to my autism which is already diagnosed and is of no help to me whatsoever. I will be going through the entire, months long process again in order to see an actually qualified professional instead of the person who couldn't even read through my pre existing diagnosis paper and instead clung to her infantalising pre-concieved notions about autistic people and considered me too high maintenance instead of actually listening to me and solving the problem I was there for. Tldr, I'll repeat what I told her in the session. I'm disappointed she didn't even read the background information on me and why I was there before making a wrong judgement about me, and therefore prescribing me the wrong treatment. I need the piece of paper to give to my school. You know who you are...
