Welcoming friendly polite staff at both appointments. Efficient communication and the procedure was carried out on time and was painless. Very pleased with the result. Nice surroundings and easy to visit with good parking available.

My experience of the eye client was amazing, the eye clinic team was very welcoming, and I felt at ease. during the process of my operation I never felt a thing I would highly recommend this clinic thank you for my experience 5* one very happy women

had eye test monday 22nd march. had a cataract in right eye.asked if iwent to hospital or newmedica chose newmedica.they phoned me tuesday 23rd march got appoinment for 9.15 wednesday24th march for assessment, given a time to have i done 26th march 10.45. all done by 12.30 great service.thankyou nhs and newmedica

The whole process of treatment was superb from start to finish. Very calming atmosphere in the waiting area, and all my concerns answered during the consultation. It would be great all surgery's could be like the Grimsby Newmedica one.

I was a little " afraid" of what was going to happen with the catteract removal but I was reassured of the procedure and every thing was OK thank you and eyesight afterwards was marvelous. now waiting for my other eye to be done.

From the start to the end of the treatment the whole staff made me feel relaxed and confident. Much better than going to the dentist!!!! The only minor problem was the forwarding letter I recieved on Thursday explaining the treatment I had. I found it so confusing that I have decided that because I only live round corne from the clinic after the Easter break I will call in to have it explained to me.

I recently had complex cataract surgery at New Medica, Grimsby. All the staff I encountered were professional, helpful and reassuring. Many thanks to my surgeon, nursing staff and the reception team for my excellent treatment.

All the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind as I was a little nervous, would like to say names of the staff but don’t think it’s allowed but they were lovely.

Everyone at Newmedica Grimsby were all friendly, efficient and reassuring, and made me feel more at ease, I was very scared as I have a phobia of having my eyes touched and was dreading seeing implements coming towards my eyes. The cataract operation was surprisingly painless and sightless, and was all over in about 10 minutes. The care and expertise I received was second to none. All in all a first class service in very professional surroundings. I would definitely highly recommend this clinic to all. Thank you Newmedica for my care and attention. I will definitely return to have surgery on my other eye.
