From my initial consultation to the day of my op the service was excellent. Newmedica staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful experience. They responded to my questions and concerns very professionally which put me at ease and gave me confidence I would be in safe hands. Thank you Newmedica.

My experience was extremely positive, the staff were well trained, friendly and professional. I was put at ease and dealt with with dignity and respect. I felt in very safe hands and wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again

From beginning to the end I was,kept very well in if the whole process the staff are extremely professional and courteous. The operation itself was,so quick and painless I couldn't ask for better treatment

I attended today for my Glaucoma assessment. Transport was arranged to bring me to the appointment and take me home again afterwards. The receptionist was really welcoming and I very much appreciated the drinks and biscuits! All the clinicians were brilliant and I had a full range of diagnostic tests carried out to determine that I'm a Glaucoma suspect but no treatment is needed as yet. I'm very grateful for the expert care that I received today and I'm reassured that I'm being kept under review. Thank you to Newmedica for looking after me so well!

Excellent service from start to finish, had both eyes done for cataracts, the staff, the care and information given was first class, would not hesitate in going back

I could not have asked for a better service each time I visited the clinic. Also the communication reminder calls absolutely perfect. Very professional. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I went for an eye examination on The Tuesday and was booked in for the following Monday for the removal of a rather dense Cataract in my left eye and had a new lense fitted. The whole procedure including several eye drops and then the Cataract removal took around 1 and a half hours. The difference was amazing and I could see well straight away. All the New Mediica staff were excellent and I have just booked to have my right eye done in May.

The staff at newmedica were very professional and friendly,, put me at ease,,, super staff couldn't do enough for you,,, pre surgery and after,,,i was extremely impressed with the clinic generally
