Took my mum she was cared for amazingly everyone was so nice and friendly it was very clean and really put my mum's mind at ease they couldn't do enough for us

The Clinic is spotlessly clean, the Staff from Reception to Surgeon were polite, friendly, caring and extremely professional. The second day after the cataract surgery I was a little anxious about my eye. I contacted them and was able to see the surgeon who had performed the op that same day. After some tests I was assured that all was well which naturally put my mind at rest. I couldn't have wished for better care

The service from Newmedica in Leicester was fantastic from start to finish. My appointment was booked without a problem and when I arrived I felt like I was attending a private hospital. Lots of parking, very nice interior and the staff were so very welcoming and helpful. Everything was explained to me and all my questions were answered fully. When I came back for my surgery, I was treated with such kindness and care - I was very nervous. Overall, I was extremely impressed and I will certainly be recommending them where I can.
