I was very nervous and apprehensive about having this done I had been putting it off for a long while but my sight was getting worse and I knew I had to go through with it .I met with the surgeon and two days after that it was done the staff where amazing trying to calm and reassure me all the time even holding my hand as I could stop shaking all the time I wish I had had it done earlier the difference is marvellous and I cannot wait for my second eye to be done .My thanks to all the staff . I

Had a cataract operation at Grimsby practice, found everyone very professional and helpful explained everything as it was being done, which put you at ease nothing was too much trouble, would highly recommend them.

After being cancelled 6 times for over a year I asked for another practice, I had an appointment and cateract removed within 3 wks. The nursing staff, receptionist and doctor were lovely, efficient, and I can not praise them enough.

In all three visits, pre-assessment, procedure and follow up, I found all the staff I met to be friendly and very competent. I was very impressed when there was only a three day gap between the first two visits. I had cataract surgery on my left eye (I have no central vision in my right eye) and the improvement in my sight was dramatic. The acuity of my left eye is now rated 6/6. I’m so grateful to the team for what they have done for me.

I have had two cataract operations at this surgery, both being done with the utmost care, and at the end both were perfect and improved my vision unbelievably well. Every thing was done to relieve my fears and I couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you all so much.

I have attended the clinic during 2023 for cataract operations, taken longer than usual due to ill-health on my part. Having had to cancel at least two appointments the staff from reception to the medical team have been kind, considerate and courteous, ie I have never felt a nuisance to them for making changes. The clinic has a very calming atmosphere, due to staff attitude, and should be used as a fine example of modern health-care, which sadly in many instances is pretty dire these days. Didn't know this facility existed prior to referral but so very pleased I found it. \the medical procedures have gone well, I had my sight back, don't need glasses, and can actually say I have looked forward to my visits Thank you to all concerned
