I came in yesterday after being diagnosed with a retinal detachment earlier that day. Being the bank holiday it was tough to get referrals for an operation but one doctor at your practice did everything in their will to find me somewhere to go as soon as possible. They got me one the next day and proceeded to help me find hotels and trains to get there, and they also wrote down for me the directions and what public transport to get. Without them I would be very lost and possibly losing vision in my affected eye. Thank you very much.
