Really first class eye Surgery/ Hospital. Very friendly staff made me feel so comfortable. The whole procedure was explained fully. Absolutely no pain The carerac procedure has changed my life with cristol clear vision. I am a very satisfied patient and would recommend this Surgery/Hospital to any one who requires Eye attention. A real pleasure to attend Newmedica Thank you all so much for the excellent Attention I received. R W Bray.

All of the staff were extremely helpful. Everything was extremely clean. Everything ran like clockwork, bang on time. When I went in for surgery, I was aware of moving bright lights and a gentle whooshing soundsound. The surgery was completely pain free. I could not tell when it started or finished. I am looking forward to having my second eye being sorted ASAP.

I had a small oculoplastics procedure and my treatment couldn't have been better. The consultant put me at ease and explained what would be happening throughout the procedure. The young woman who checked me in and dealt with me after the procedure was friendly and efficient. All the staff at the clinic were friendly and welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the clinic to friends and family.

From entering the building to leaving it was a very good experience with very professional staff who looked after me from start to finish they even supplied custard creams.

Having had both left & right eyes done (for cataracts), first done in Jan, on both occasions I found it a very professional yet relaxing environment, the staff being both considerate and understanding making sure you were OK before and afterward good with any questions answered! Next day follow-up call to check etc. Would not have a second thought it I had to use them again!

Perhaps I got lucky, but I had a visit at Newmedica in Worcester and I managed to get my visit so fast and was then offered a surgery appointment for the next week after the initial consultation. Everything went smoothly and the staff has been ever so kind to me.

Made so welcome when I arrived your staff are so professional and friendly a real home from home. All aspects of my Sergery were explained to my satisfaction. I must admit I was a little apprehensive when I arrived but you staff were so helpful and reassuring a real pleasure to deal with and a true credit to Newmedica. The whole surgery went very well With no pain and discomfort at all. Thank you so much for all concerned with my Cataract Surgery.

Lovely, friendly staff. Was immediately put at ease with everything being explained. I was very nervous but was soon put at ease. I cannot praise them enough.

Superb service from the start the team from reception to nurse to consultant all very well organised and polite the information was all clear to understand and had alot of questions to be answered as I'm a nervous person
