From the reception to final 'goodbye' I was treated with curtesy and a professional attitude by all. Everything was explained clearly I was given every opportunity to ask questions about the tests and procedures.

Very thorough assessment and excellent care. Staff were supportive and provided a high level of reassurance and care during the assessment process and the surgery.

The Consultants and all their supporting Colleagues made me feel so at ease. Everything regarding the procedure was explained very clearly. I am delighted at the fantastic difference in my sight. Thank you very much.

Over the last few weeks I have have Cataracts on both eyes completed. The procedures on both occasions were brilliant. I cannot praise the staff enough for making me feel at ease. May I also express my thanks to the consultant for his skills on completing both successfully. Great Service.

My mum has just had one of her cataracts done and the staff were outstanding. They kept me included (with her permission!) throughout and were very supportive of my Mum, taking time to explain everything to her as well as giving her written information (which was especially useful as she couldn’t remember anything!). The clinic was spotlessly clean and the organisation very smooth. The staff went the extra mile including calling a taxi for her. Can’t recommend more highly.

I was referred to Newmedica for cataract treatment in November 2023 and received a very quick appointment which led to treatment in both eyes. My treatment was completed in April 2024 and I was very satisfied with the whole process. The staff were very professional and caring. Every option available to me was explained in a way that I could understand. The actual surgery was painfree and quick.

From the start to the finish of my procedure the staff were brilliant! The efficiency of the pre- theatre cross-checks were very reassuring and the explanations and reassurance given by staff was superb. The surgeon, talked to me during the procedure so that I knew what he was doing which helped allay my fears. The Theatre Assistant held my hand throughout the surgery which really helped to keep me calm.
