My mother travelled up on a ambulance which the lady was fantastic very friendly We come to the place the area was clean and looked beautiful As we when in the the place was very clean and staff was very friendly offered us a cup of tea plenty of seats clean lots of room very organised and brilliant with my mother highly recommended this place

I had surgery for drooping eyelids on NHS at Bristol Aztec West and am very pleased with the result. My eyesight has improved enormously. The staff were kind, reassuring and professional. I had confidence in the surgeon, aftercare was great and also the care given by the nurse who I saw prior to surgery. I didnt wait long once NHS referred me there. I would highly recommend.

My experience with this Clinic for cataract surgery was a very positive and pleasant procedure. The clinic was very well equipped with a number of consultation rooms and facilities. The staff treated me with care and compassion. The doctors who were carrying out my procedure were very friendly and reassuring and supportive, making it a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend 5⭐️.

On arrival the receptionist was professional. In theatre all members of the team introduced themselves. This immediately puts the patient at ease and lessens the anxiety. My Consultant talked me through the proceedure and also conversed with members of the team and, engaged with me so I felt able to join the conversation. Well done guys.

I was impressed by the timely consultation and subsequent procedure. Everyone, from the receptionist to the professional staff, was kind, reassuring and efficient. The written communications were clear and useful.

I had cataracts removed from both of my eyes - in January and March - and found all staff at the clinic to be very professional, friendly and welcoming. I was made to feel at ease and both procedures were completed very efficiently and smoothly. I didn’t feel any pain. My recovery after both has been problem free.

The waiting time to do the eye tests and see the consultant is generally short. And the examination report was sent to my home the next day after the consultation. Superb!

Delightful setting it was a pleasure to attend the premises. Friendly staff ,I was put at ease immediately by the receptionist. The staff who did preliminary tests was super. I would also like to thank the consultant for a straightforward diagnosis.

I was quite concerned about the concept of cataract surgery but my fears were unfounded. From the very beginning of the process I was impressed by the professional way in which all the staff at Aztec West handled my case. At every step I met people who demonstrated a concern for my well-being, both physical and psychological. They took time to deal with my personal concerns and although I was worried about waiting times, I had no time to read the book I had brought along - the service ran so efficiently.
