They were quick and efficient at initial check appointment and we were in and out in a couple of hours. Then on day of operation they were amazing. The staff were informative and kept me comfortable all the way through.

Pleased to say visit to Newmedica was a very pleasant experience. All Staff from reception to Consultant were friendly, polite, informative and efficient. I found the premises to be very clean. The informal seating and watching the TV screen all helped me to relax.

Having attended for a pre-op appointment, I chose to have bilateral cataract surgery privately at Newmedica Birmingham. The clinic itself had a very welcoming and calming effect as soon as I walked in. All staff from my chosen consultant, through the clinic nurses, receptionists etc who dealt with me in a very professional, and cheerful manner. I would strongly recommend Newmedica to anyone who has any doubts at all about seeking help and advice. I chose to have bilateral cataract surgery as I preferred to have everything done in one session. After having had the surgery, I found I could read a book clearly in only one hour. Five days later I have been able to drive again. I had worn spectacles for reading since the age of 7 years old and I am so very grateful, at the age of 72, to be able to read and drive without wearing glasses. My experience of Newmedica has been wonderful. I can't recommend them enough. My experience was wonderful. Especial thanks to my consultant and his team.

Simply I can say all was super. Big thanks to the Surgeon and his staff. From appointments to surgery, everything went perfectly. The clinic was clean and everyone, starting from the receptionist, was helpful

All of the practitioners: receptionists, technicians, nurses, optometrists and surgeon were professional and caring. The facilities are immaculate and spotlessly clean. Very efficiently run. Surgery was quick and painless. I was first on the list and arrived at 8.00am and left at 9.30 with post operative instructions and eye drops. I will be returning when my second eye needs "doing".

From start to finish the staff were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The clinic in Grove Park Leicester is new, well laid out, light, airy and beautifully furnished. The equipment is modern. Communication was excellent, both pre and post operation. I would highly recommend this facility

I have had both eyes operated on and had to have a stitch in one, didn't feel anything apart from a little pressure in my right eye. Now had the stitch removed, didn't feel anything. Staff and Consultant were very friendly and put me at ease. Would highly recommend.

As I have glaucoma I was concerned about having cataract surgery,on my first visit the staff were pleasant, professional,and caring. My allocated surgeon specialised in glaucoma and cataracts. On day of surgery the team were so meticulous in their preparation. I had no discomfort during or after the surgery, resulting in greatly improved vision. I now look forward to having my other eye done. Highly recommend Newmedica Birmingham for treatment by excellent staff in a clean and pleasant environment
