The service provided was excellent, I was made to feel at ease at all times. The end result was that the cataracts on the left eye was very successful and the colour vision much improved.

From the moment I walked into the centre I was made to feel welcome. The consultation was free flowing and each person made me feel at ease.

Attended your Bromsgrove practice to day 10/03/2025. The attention I received was excellent your staff were very welcoming and Professional made me feel at home. They answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction. From reception to final consultation your staff were excellent a real pleasure to deal with.

I had an appointment at Newmedica Bromsgrove today and was impressed by the whole team. The lady on reception was caring an extremely helpful. She made me feel relaxed straight away. I was then directed to the Clinic ladies who were efficient and quick, again making me feel cared for. The Clinician, informed me that he had read my notes from previous visits, which I think instills confidence in patients from the start of the consultation. He's a lovely caring doctor and a credit to Newmedica. The parking, though a bit daunting initially, turned out to be free. Thanks to all staff who looked after me.
