My elderly perants been told to go on the app to make an appointment, they are not it savvy, they been waiting a month... Each time they go they get told to use the app, the app says go to them directly... This is terrible service. How do you expect the older generation to use new apps on English as well, being Indian their english isn't the best, never had trouble with any doctors until they came here.

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the recent urology consultation my six-year-old son and I attended following a referral from our GP. We had been waiting for this appointment for over six months, hoping to receive clear guidance and a resolution for my son’s ongoing issue. Since birth, my son has had a narrowed prepuce opening, and previous doctors have advised that if recurring inflammation occurs, surgery may be necessary. Over the past few years, he has experienced periodic episodes of inflammation approximately every six months, often accompanied by a small sore near the opening. During the consultation, the urologist examined my son, who, at the time, was not experiencing any active inflammation. The doctor confirmed that the opening is indeed narrow but only recommended massaging the area during bathing, stating that the issue would resolve with age. I am concerned that this advice contradicts previous medical recommendations and does not adequately address the recurring inflammation my son experiences. Furthermore, I feel that the consultation did not provide a clear treatment plan or sufficient guidance on how to manage the condition effectively.

Took my 80 year old mom for a blood test today, the nurse was so helpful and accommodating. Can’t fault this service … thank you so much

Was booked in for ultrasound scan, thought I’d phone up to say I’d run abit late, but managed to arrive on time, next thing I know was marked as didn’t attend sat for an hour shame!!!!😡
