Both my husband and I rang the practice at 8am on Tuesday and Friday. Both obtained an appointment later each morning. Gr8 service, thank you

cant make appointments. Ring at 8 am sorry all appointments gone .try and talk to somebody ,you are 6 in the queue.20 minutes later still 6 in queue .try talking to somebody else ,they are not available why has this surgery gone downhill over the past years ,has it taken on too many patients

My experience with this practice is mixed, some of the Doctors are caring, engaging, friendly, treat patients well and carry out thorough examinations. However, some are cold and unfriendly, they cut to the chase and cant get you out the door quick enough. The reception staff are polite, friendly and helpful. However, they want your dob said out loud in reception in public with no respect for your right to privacy. They could ask other questions. Two years ago when we had to wait outside in the freezing cold due to Covid, a nurse refused treatment unless I told her and everyone else in the queue my dob. Even though I wrote it down. she said it out loud to reception staff in front of everyone in the waiting room then shouted at me about zero tolerance when I complained. Patients deserve respect just as much as staff! I asked for a referral repeatedly for about 18 months but didn't get one until recently, now I have to wait 6 months for an appointment. They lost some of my medial records and due to this refused to prescribe my medication bar one Doctor. I was rushed to Hospital for this condition so now they believe me. Is it really that hard for some of the Doctors to be nice, kind and to care, we are all human after all. It is by far the worst surgery ever in my experience.
