I am writing about a specific individual but the practice is amazing. I have had amazing care every single time. GP today, not only showed such empathy that she deserves and award, she provided much needed follow up where various hospital departments are letting me down. Then I find out in a follow up text she is training. What a blessing for the future of medicine. I have had a great interaction with every single staff member every single time here but could not believe she was in training. Was handled with such confidence and so well that I would have assumed a seasoned doctor with a decade or more of experience.

My wife is in tears as she can never get through for an appointment. She,as a Prison Officer is not allowed a phone at work and so needs to get an appointment on her days off which are rare. No allowances made, tough luck. I've told her to switch to mine as they are more helpful. You get better treatment as a Prisoner. No duty of care!!

So i called this morning to book a f2f like the pharmacist the surgery booked in October said too and i was spoken to in a horrible way. Why are some of the receptionists rude and obnoxious, I tell them the issue but they talk to me like im stupid. Honestly if you can't deal with the public then leave. I have never known anything like them the manager needs to seriously have words and train them better. On a plus the doctors are amazing.

Both my husband and I rang the practice at 8am on Tuesday and Friday. Both obtained an appointment later each morning. Gr8 service, thank you
